3. Warranty
- Warranty terms are governed by the respective manufacturer (Exide, Amaron, Luminous, etc.).
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase bill and warranty card.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
- G K Battery Service will assist customers in processing valid warranty claims.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase if they are found to be defective, subject to inspection. Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories and documentation. Cash refunds are not available; exchange or store credit will be offered.
5. Old Battery Exchange
We accept old batteries for exchange at a value determined at the time of purchase. The exchange value is assessed based on the condition and age of the old battery and is non-negotiable.

G K Battery Service shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
